Senior Vice President
C.P. Shyam holds B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with more than 35 years of experience in HR & Recruitment and worked with many well known overseas recruitment companies. During the last 13 years he is working with Seagull International as a head of the recruitment and mobilization. He is well efficient in fulfilling clients requirement as per schedule and has ability to build strongest client relationship.
Mr. Lalit Maurya MBA – ( HR )
General Manager-Operations
Lalit Maurya, a commerce graduate, who holds post-graduate diploma in human resource management, has 21 years of rich working experience in recruitment industry out of which he has worked 7 years with one the reputed overseas consultant in India before joining with us. He has sound knowledge in end to end operations and excellent in interacting with clients and candidates.
Unnikrishnan M, M.Com, CMA
General Manager – Finance
Unnikrishnan holds a post graduate degree in Commerce and is an Associate and an Associate Member of the Cost & Management Accountants of India, possessing 36 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, and Auditing. He spent 30 years at Indian Oil Corporation as the head of Regional Finance for the Western Region. He also contributed his expertise during a 6 year tenure at the Comptroller and Accountant General of India. He possesses a deep understanding of SAP accounting, Contract Management, Customer Accounting, Budgeting, Project Accounting, Internal Auditing, and Audit Appraisal of various projects.
Deepak Jadhav, M.Tech (Mechanical)
General Manager – Technical
Deepak Jadhav holds a post-graduation degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than 35 years of work experience in Oil & Gas Projects. He has worked in KSA for 10 years with companies like Aramco, Sabic, Dar Al Riyadh, Jal International etc. for their various projects including Shutdown and Turn Around. He has previously lent his services to Godrej & Indofil Chemicals in India. Presently, he is heading the technical department of Seagull International and is in charge of the quality control process.

Divyanka Parulekar is an aspiring HR Professional with an MBA in HR and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. She has 10+ years of rich experience in HR and Administration from various industries like Textile, Manufacturing and Overseas Recruitment. She has expertise in Client Hospitality and Coordination, Employee Engagement and Office Administration.
